We limit the number of custom homes we build to
approximately ten per year in order to insure our hands-on
role with every project and attention to detail in all
aspects of construction.

suppliers to complete your home, many of whom have worked
with our company for more than 20 years. It is our
commitment to exceeding your expectations that insures the

addition to Robert Balkman and business partner Tom Riordan,
our team includes a group of highly talented professionals
devoted to creating your vision of the perfect home. This
dedicated group consists of acclaimed architects, a project
manager with an architectural engineering degree and years
of experience in high end residential construction, an
in-house project coordinator to assist with the details of
the interior design services, and our interior designer who
helps with the decorative selections. Our office manager and
controller complete our team by helping keep the office and
your project running smoothly. Our associates are committed
to your project, however we also welcome an architect or
interior designer of your choosing.

consultations where Robert Balkman and Tom Riordan help the client choose the ideal
lot, select the architectural design, interior amenities and
assist with choosing the appropriate financing. You can be
